Refund and Return Policy
At Stikit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. However, please note that return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. If you do not request a return within this period, we will not be able to accept it.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- All tags and stickers must be intact.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary items.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us at info@stikit.in. Our delivery agent will arrange a pickup for the return. If pickup is unavailable in your area, you will need to send or mail the item to the location provided in the email or the physical address. In such cases, the shipping cost will be reimbursed.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, our delivery agent will arrange a pickup. In case a pickup is not available at your location, you may need to send the item physically to the location provided in the email or the physical address. In such cases, the shipping cost will be reimbursed.
Please note that standard shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless you had to send the item yourself due to pickup unavailability. If you receive a refund, any applicable return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
