You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. However, modifying the order, such as changing items, quantities, or delivery details, is not possible once the order is placed

Shipping & Delivery

We offer several payment options for your convenience, including UPI, card payments, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Typically, orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days. However, please note that delivery times may vary due to high demand for certain products or in the event of natural calamities.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we plan to introduce this option within the next six months.

Yes, you can track your order while it’s in transit. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to monitor its status and location until it arrives.

If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will typically leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or pick up your package from a nearby location. To initiate a return for a product you’re not satisfied with, please follow these steps:

  2. Locate the order you wish to return and apply for a return or exchange.
  3. Ensure the product is in its original condition with tags attached.
  4. Pack the item securely and include any original packaging.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange according to our return policy.

Generally, most products can be returned, and some may be eligible for exchange. However, customers will be notified prior to placing their order if a product cannot be returned or exchanged.

When shipping back a return, please include the following:

  1. The original product: Ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags and stickers attached. If any tags or stickers are torn or removed, the item may not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Order confirmation: Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip for reference.

Returns are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, once we receive the item back, the refund amount will be returned to the account details provided in your refund request form. In the case of online payments, the refund will be reflected back to the original payment method used.
